Ana de Armas Joins the Cast of “The Gray Man”
If you only know Ana de Armas as the girlfriend of Ben Affleck, then I am obliged to inform you that she has done some exceptional professional work as well. She performed really well in the film “Knock Knock,” starring Keanu Reeves, which has recently gone trending on Netflix. The official synopsis of the film reveals that the action thriller “The Gray Man” will feature a rivalry between a hitman Court Gentry (played by Gosling), and his old friend from the CIA, Lloyd Hansen (played by Chris Evans). The film will heavily focus on the hunt for Court Gentry as he will be hunted across the globe by frenemy Lloyd Hansen.
The script for the film has been developed by Christopher Marcus and Stephen McFeely after the initial work by Joe Russo. The script of the film is based on a novel penned by Mark Greaney.
It will be a big-budgeted affair, in fact, the biggest the director duo have embarked on since Avengers: Endgame. However, of course, they do have experience in handling a pure action film as they had also helmed the second film in the Captain America franchise (Captain America: The Winter Soldier). The script alludes to the fact that the film might look very similar to the 2014 Chris Evans starrer.
Well, but Ana de Armas’s role in the film has not been revealed yet. It doesn’t matter because her fan base must be hyped up for the film regardless of the size of her role. She does have a significant following on the internet.
